How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1-2 business days.
After processing most our products shipping takes between 10-25 days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow up to 35 days.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@usquaredmarket.com

If your order doesn't arrived within 55 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a Full Refund and keep the product. 

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes. We ship merchandise worldwide. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase. You can also contact us directly at support@usquaredmarket.com to check the status and tracking number of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-3 business days.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have several different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you since we know how frustrating it can be.
